UPDATE- During these unprecedented times of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have been following the guidance of the Authorities closely while the situation has been evolving. We are pleased to let you know that we are now ready to offer our removal services once more. Health and Safety is our top priority so to protect you, your loved ones, our removal crews, and their families and anyone else that we may all come into contact with we are offering a slightly different service than usual until further notice. We will still be making sure we can provide the best service we possibly can at this time. Our removal crews will follow the Social Distancing and Public Health Guidelines and also Best Practice Guidance released by the British Association of Removals for the safe return to operational activity. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will make any changes we think are necessary at that time. We will provide our customers with our guidance so that they know what to expect and also what we will be asking them to do prior to their removal and on the day to make sure everyone stays safe. Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you.

We are sure that you will have seen and listened to the Prime Ministers latest briefing yesterday evening on the developing crisis arising from the global Coronavirus Pandemic. The message from our PM was absolutely clear and in a nutshell, the day to day life of the UK is now formally suspended for a period of at least 3 weeks,
It is with a deep sadness that as of today we, Pip Ewart Limited are deferring all of our operational services for at least the next 3 weeks in line with the PM’s statement.
To our customers, we apologise that we will not be undertaking your removals as planned. As a removal company we understand the gravitas that is involved in postponing our services and we know that there will be many more questions asked and answers needed to be given over the next few days, it is with this in mind that we ask for your patience and understanding when liaising with our office team, like you, we are reacting to an unprecedented and fast-paced developing crisis.
Please note we are set up to protect our staff and customers and available on the phone and by e-mail and can still provide online and video surveys and quotations for all new enquiries for forthcoming removals.
We would also like to thank each and every one of our wonderful staff from the bottom of our hearts and we hope that you understand that we just don’t want to put your Health and Safety at risk by asking you to undertake removals at this time, above all the welfare of all our staff is of paramount importance to us.
We are being kept up to date by the Government and our Association the BAR who will follow up with more bulletins and updates as soon as they receive any further intelligence on next steps to be taken and similarly we will be in contact as soon as we receive word we are able to continue to operate,
In the meantime, we wish you all the very best and to stay safe during these uncertain and unprecedented times,
Kind regards
Sue, Paul, James & Hannah
